The Event Description editor toolbar differs between “Create Event” and “Edit Event”, with fewer formatting options available in Edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Events
2. Click Create New Event
3. Observe the editor toolbar (multiple options available)
4. Now open any existing event → click Edit
5. Observe the editor toolbar again

Actual Result
Create Event editor includes:

• Text formatting (Bold, Italic, Underline)
• Lists, alignment
• Media (image, video)
• Link insertion
• Color / styling options

Edit Event editor only includes:

• Basic formatting (Bold, Italic)
• Limited media/link options
• Missing multiple controls (lists, alignment, styling, etc.)

Expected Result
The editor toolbar should be consistent across Create and Edit modes
All formatting and media options available during creation should also be available during editing
