The “From Where” dropdown in the Client Intake Form does not populate organization names after enabling the question “Are you already receiving assistance from other organizations?”. Instead, it only displays a single invalid placeholder option: Select. **Environment** Platform: Android Emulator Device: Tablet_API_35 User Role: Intake Adminn Partner Manager **Steps to Reproduce** 1. Login as a user with role Partner Manager 2. Open the Client Intake Form 3. Enable: `Are you already receiving assistance from other organizations?` 4. Open the “From Where” dropdown **Actual Result** The dropdown displays only:Select No organization names are shown. **Expected Result** The dropdown should display the list of organization names from where the client may already be receiving assistance.
