Description
When changing the number of entries (e.g., 12 → 48 clients per page), the UI takes 5–10 seconds or more to update and display the new data.
This creates a noticeable lag and poor user experience.

Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the application
- Open Clients page
- Locate "Show entries" dropdown
- Change value (e.g., 12 → 48)
- Observe the time taken for data to load
Expected Result
Data should update quickly (within 1–2 seconds)
UI should be responsive
Loader/spinner should indicate progress (if delay exists)
Actual Result
Takes 5–10+ seconds to update
No proper loading feedback (if applicable)
Sometimes, UI feels unresponsive during delay
