Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Website on a mobile device
  2. Navigate to the Distribution Report page
  3. Observe the top right corner of the header

Expected Result
The profile/user avatar icon should be fully visible and clickable within the screen

Actual Result
The profile/ User Avatar icon is partially hidden outside the screen, making it difficult to access
