aKinderWellness Testing and Quality analysis

While submitting the Client Intake Form, the application prompts for a 6-digit verification password.
However, even after entering the correct password, the form submission does not proceed and the intake form is not uploaded.

Platform: Android Emulator

User: intake admin
Module: Client Intake Form

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open and complete the Client Intake Form
2. Click Submit Form
3. Enter the correct 6-digit verification password in the Secure Verification popup
4. Click Verify

Actual Result

• Verification does not complete successfully
• Form is not submitted/uploaded
• User remains stuck on the verification popup/workflow

Expected Result
After entering the correct 6-digit password:

• Verification should succeed
• Intake form should be submitted successfully
• User should receive success confirmation or be redirected appropriately
