The Reactions modal UI layout breaks when multiple reaction types (e.g., Celebrate, Support, Curious) are present. The layout becomes inconsistent compared to when fewer reaction types are shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to any post with at least 3 different reactions.
3. Click on the Reactions popup/modal.
4. Compare:
   Case 1: Post with fewer reaction types (e.g., 2 total reactions)
   Case 2: Post with multiple reaction types (e.g., 4+ reactions)

Expected Behavior
Reaction tabs (All, Celebrate, Support, Curious, etc.) should:
Align properly in a single row or wrap cleanly
Maintain consistent spacing and layout
Not overflow or break UI
