openAttachment Messages Not Displayed in Active Chat View (App)

Description
When a user is actively viewing a chat conversation and receives an attachment (e.g., image, video, or file), the message is not displayed in the chat UI in real time. Instead, a placeholder message appears stating “You have a new message.” The user must leave and re-enter the chat to view the actual content.
Environment:
Platform: Mobile App
Build: 24 March
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a chat conversation.
- Stay on the chat screen.
- From another account/device, send an attachment (image/file/video).
- Observe the receiving user’s screen.
Expected Behavior:
The attachment should appear instantly in the chat.
No “You have a new message” prompt should be shown while the user is already viewing the chat.
Actual Behavior:
A message appears: “You have a new message.”
The attachment is not visible immediately.
User must navigate away and return to the chat to see the content.
