Description
The notification bell icon still shows a red dot, indicating unread notifications even when none exist
Environment

Platform: Web
Browser: Chrome (Windows)
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the application
- Click on the notification icon (bell)
- Open/read all unread notifications
- Observe the notification bell icon
Expected Result
When all notifications are read, The red dot indicator should disappear
Actual Result
Red dot still appears on notification icon
System falsely indicates unread notifications
