Description:
When entering a long text in the Description field while adding a new referral period, the UI layout breaks on the listing page. The text overflows its container and disrupts the alignment of surrounding elements.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: Masters → Response Days
2. Click on Add New Referral Period
3. Enter valid value in Default Days
4. Enter a very long string in the Description field (e.g., repeated sentence)
5. Click Save Changes
6. Observe the referral list page

Expected Result
Description text should:

• Wrap properly within the container OR Be truncated with ellipsis (...)
• Maintain proper UI alignment

Actual Result
Text appears excessively long without wrapping or truncation
