Unable to load outlets – type mismatch error (Null is not a subtype of String) (App)

Description

When navigating to the Select Outlet screen, the app fails to load outlet data and displays the following error: "Network error: type 'Null' is not a subtype of type 'String'"

Environment:
Platform: Android App
user Type: (Partner manager)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Log in using partner manager type account
  3. Navigate to Select Outlet screen.
  4. Observe the error message.

Expected Behavior:
Outlet list should load successfully.
No runtime type errors should occur.

Actual Behavior:
Screen shows error: "type 'Null' is not a subtype of type 'String'"
